Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 1+ years in customer-facing role in a scientific environment or HS diploma with 2+ years in a similar role.
• Ability to work in a laboratory environment with PPE.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Knowledge of 5S lean principles and safety practices.
• Experience coordinating between customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lab services for a designated building.
• Serve as primary contact for customer lab staff.
• Escort third-party vendors for maintenance visits.
• Communicate service updates to lab users.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and documentation.
