Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk to support sample handling in our lab environment. You will manage receiving, storage, preparation, shipping, and documentation across multiple logs and databases.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, safe driving, and the ability to work the shift Tuesday through Saturday 10am–7pm. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative, safety‑driven workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year of experience in a lab or office setting preferred.
• Experience with shipping/receiving and sample administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle receiving, scanning, storage, preparation, shipping, and disposal of samples.
• Review and process logs, documents, and databases related to samples.
• Transport samples, documents, and materials as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies and dispose of materials per guidelines.
• Assist with policy implementation and compliance within sampling and shipping/receiving.
