Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or experience may be required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/work experience.
• BS or higher in biological sciences preferred.
• Experience with assaying, immunoblotting, and PCR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform antibody-based or enzyme activity-based assays with kit-based methods.
• Perform immunoblot analysis including densitometry and reagent preparation.
• Collect mouse tissue samples for analysis.
• Conduct gene expression analysis using PCR.
