Responsibilities

• Perform complex cell biology, molecular biology, and biochemistry techniques with minimal supervision (cell culture, assays, DNA/RNA isolation, cloning, qPCR, Western blotting, protein extraction, Immunofluorescence).
• Maintain mouse colonies (breeding, genotyping, tissue harvesting, physiological assessments).
• Design, refine protocols and SOPs; assist in experimental design and data interpretation.
