As a Research Technician II, you will play an integral role in supporting innovative laboratory research through a variety of hands-on molecular biology, animal research, and cell culture techniques. In this role, you will perform essential laboratory procedures including mouse genotyping, collection and processing of animal tissues and biological samples, Western blotting and other molecular assays, maintenance of mammalian cell lines, and behavioral testing of mice. Working alongside faculty, researchers, and trainees, you will help ensure the successful execution of research projects while gaining valuable experience with cutting-edge laboratory methods and contributing to the advancement of biomedical research.
