Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a research setting.
• Basic tissue culture, molecular biology, biochemistry, and mouse husbandry/handling and genotyping preferred.
• Willingness to learn new procedures and handle rodents.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent, moderately complex lab experiments with minimal supervision.
• Collect and analyze data, document results, and maintain records of procedures.
• Assist with experiments of other staff and adapt protocols as needed.
• Prepare reports for grant submissions and publications; present results to PI weekly.
