Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in the United States seeks a hands-on Lab Quality/Operations support role in the manufacturing lab. You’ll monitor workflow, perform real-time quality checks, review data, identify defects, and help with troubleshooting and corrective actions.

You’ll work with production, quality, and leadership to maintain standards, analyze reports (Optifacts, DVI, Spotfire), escalate risks, and support process improvements while following procedures.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, and perform repetitive lab tasks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently most of the time.

Responsibilities

• Perform real-time quality checks on in-process orders.
• Investigate defects and communicate findings for corrective action.
• Own resolution of multi-breakage jobs with proper documentation.
• Analyze lab reports to identify orders at risk.
• Escalate quality issues to CS/OE/Sales with full context.
