Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a fast paced environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to and motivates others to follow the work instructions.
• Completes equipment calibration and setup; communicates maintenance issues.
• Proactively identifies quality, process, and workflow problems; informs Supervisor.
• Participates in training of Associates; mentors new hires and cross-trains.
