Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Medical Technology, business, manufacturing, or related field is required.
• Master's degree in Health Administration, Business, Science or another related field is desirable.
• A minimum of five years of relevant leadership experience is required. Can include Group Leader experience.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving results.

Responsibilities

• Ensures regulatory requirements are satisfied and accreditation readiness is maintained.
• Develops and evaluates corrective action plans from surveys and tracer activities.
• Collaborates with operational leaders and staff to implement technical methods.
• Analyzes workflow, space needs and equipment layout to improve quality and efficiency.
• Creates standardized method validation plans for new equipment with vendors and QA teams.
• Ensures integrated technology, information systems, and processes support operations.
• Designs standard work and shares expertise to optimize efficiency.
• Promotes critical thinking and uses PDSA cycles to document improvements.
• Designs experiments to evaluate new methods to improve service scope.
• Maintains professional knowledge by attending workshops and networking.
