Advocate Health seeks a senior quality leader to ensure regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local agencies within its Charlotte-area laboratories. You will lead accreditation readiness, develop corrective action plans, and collaborate with operational leaders and technical staff to improve workflows and outcomes.

Responsibilities include designing validation plans for new equipment, standardizing procedures, and guiding a team through continuous quality improvement using PDSA

Qualificações

• Bachelor Degree in Medical Technology, business, manufacturing, or related field is required.
• Master's degree in Health Administration, Business, Science or another related field is desirable.
• A minimum of five 5 years of relevant leadership experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness.
• Facilitates assessments, develops, implements, and evaluates corrective action plans based on past surveys and preparatory tracer activities.
• Collaborates with operational leaders, technical staff, and professionals for implementation of methods in clinical area of expertise.
• Improves quality and efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
• Creates standardized method validation plans for new equipment, ensuring compliance with accreditation agencies.
• Ensures integrated systems support operational and customer needs.
• Participates in creation of standard work and shares expertise to optimize efficiencies.
• Promotes continuous quality improvement using the PDSA cycle to document improvements.
• Designs experiments to evaluate new methods to improve scope and efficiency of clinical laboratory services.
• Maintains professional knowledge through education, publications, and professional networks.
