• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience.
• Auditing and accreditation readiness experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance at all times; leads accreditation readiness efforts and collaborates with others in improvement capabilities.
• Facilitates assessments, develops, implements, and evaluates corrective action plans based on past surveys and tracer activities.
• Collaborates with operational leaders, technical staff, and partners for implementation of clinical methods.
• Improves quality and efficiency by analyzing workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout in partnership with department leaders.
• Creates standardized method validation plans for new equipment and optimizes integration with technology, information systems, and processes.
• Designs experiments to evaluate new methods to broaden scope, quality, and efficiency of clinical laboratory services.
• Maintains professional knowledge via education workshops and professional societies.
