Job summary

Synerfac Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Technician in Wayne, PA to perform analysis on raw materials, washcoats, impregnation solutions, and finished catalysts.

You will run LECO Solids, ICP-OES, Particle Size Distribution, PGM Dispersion, TGA, and XRF, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and IATF 16949 standards. You will prepare samples, calibrate instruments, and manage data in LIMS and ITS, with PPE requirements and a 6:30 AM training shift transitioning to a 7:00 PM night shift on a

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Detailed understanding of general wet chemical techniques for inorganic analysis.
• Good working knowledge of analytical instrumental techniques used within QC labs.
• Awareness of ISO/IEC 17025 and IATF 16949 quality standards.
• Ability to comply with onsite PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out analysis of raw materials, washcoats, impregnation solutions, and finished catalysts.
• Perform sample preparation and testing using LECO Solids, ICP-OES, Particle Size Distribution, PGM Dispersion, and X-Ray Fluorescence.
• Maintain laboratory practices per ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO/TS 16949.
• Enter and export data using LIMS and ITS.
• Calibrate and maintain lab instruments and verify data quality.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures and PPE requirements.
