Job summary

INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA is seeking a Lab Technician at the Battleground Manufacturing Complex in La Porte, TX. The role focuses on standard analytical testing to support quality specifications, process control, customer requirements, and troubleshooting efforts.

Reports to the Team Leader and may require an early morning shift (~5am) once a week. You will perform testing using GC/ICP and wet chemistry, entering results into the LIMS system, and upholding SHE procedures in a safety-conscious

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent lab experience.
• Experience with GC, ICP and chromatography.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and analysis as per standard methods to support quality specifications and process control.
• Assist in troubleshooting and optimization projects for catalysts and products.
• Enter results into LIMS and communicate findings to team.
• Maintain equipment and housekeeping standards in the lab.
