Morrisville Auxiliary Corporation (MAC) is seeking a QAQC Officer and Laboratory Quality Manager in Ithaca, NY. The role oversees laboratory quality systems, audits, and calibration activities to ensure ISO/IEC 17025 and contractual commitments are met.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or a related field with at least 2 years of related experience, strong leadership, and robust computer skills to manage documentation and reporting.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work independently.

Mansioni

• Manage ISO/IEC 17025, A2LA, RMTC and AORC quality systems.
• Perform internal audits of laboratory functions and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Monitor control charts, measurement of uncertainty and SOPs.
• Perform in-house calibrations of pipettes, thermometers, and centrifuges; coordinate external calibrations.
• Prepare data packets for hearings and legal proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with NYS Gaming Commission rules and contractual requirements.
