Job summary

Jobot is seeking a QA/QC Manager in Burlington, NJ to own and drive the company’s quality assurance and quality control programs. You will lead the QA/QC department, manage ISO 9001 and third‑party audits, and oversee CAPA processes while partnering with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain to improve processes and product quality.

The role entails leading a team of QA/QC Supervisors and Technicians, developing metrics, and ensuring compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant science or engineering field.
• 7–10 years of quality control/quality assurance experience in manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of management experience and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC department and monthly QA/QC reviews.
• Maintain and improve ISO 9001 quality systems and documentation.
• Oversee customer, supplier, and third‑party audits (NSF, UL, etc.).
• Drive corrective actions, preventive actions, and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and cross‑functional quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain on quality requirements.
