Job summary

MacLean Power, LLC in Locust Grove, GA is seeking a Quality Systems & Laboratory Manager to lead the site QMS/EMS, laboratory operations, testing programs, and supplier quality. This role owns ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications and ensures compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements while driving operational excellence.

The manager will oversee calibration, test method validation, documentation, audits, and continuous improvement, partnering with Operations, Engineering,

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in quality systems, laboratory management, testing, inspection, or manufacturing quality.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing quality systems, laboratories, or technical operations.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 QMS/EMS and ensure certification compliance.
• Lead laboratory operations, testing methodologies, calibration, and equipment qualification.
• Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and records.
• Coordinate external audits and certification activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Corporate Quality to improve incoming quality.
