Job summary

Onsite Personnel LLC is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead quality systems and compliance across domestic and international locations. You will drive continual improvement of ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001:2015 programs, coordinate audits, and manage customer feedback while interfacing with all organizational levels.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, extensive experience with calibration standards, and the ability to travel up to 40% to support laboratories and customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or 8+ years related experience.
• ISO/IEC 17025 with minimum 5 years’ experience.
• ISO 9001:2015 with minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Experience supervising personnel and interfacing with customers.
• Ability to interpret statistical data and read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and drive continuous improvement of QMSs and accreditations (ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 80034, etc.).
• Manage quality issues and customer complaints; lead root-cause analyses.
• Conduct internal and supplier audits per standards and guidelines.
• Host UL/ETL inspections and address arising issues.
• Coordinate with Calibration Lab Managers on quality and equipment needs.
• Audit calibration activities for deviations and maintain uncertainty budgets.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain repeatability and proficiency tests.
• Create and update SOPs for calibration asset management software and uncertainty software.
• Assist Engineering with evaluating new calibration methods.
• Apply statistical techniques to validate measurement standards and processes.
• Oversee inter-laboratory proficiency testing and training on QMSs.
• Provide leadership to Quality and other departments; report KPIs.
• Coordinate with service department on customer feedback actions.
