Job summary

Hamilton Company in Reno, NV seeks a Lab Products Master Scheduler to lead planning for production scheduling and control shortages across projects. You will oversee forecasts, safety stock, and ERP demands, ensuring material flow aligns with schedules and manufacturing needs.

The role requires strong analytical skills and effective communication. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 10+ years preferred, and MRP experience.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience with MRP processes and computer systems.
• Ability to read part drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with general supervision.
• Experience with query writing in Excel or Access using relational databases.
• APICS CPIM certifications recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead planners to perform production scheduling and develop control measures to prevent shortages.
• Observe and control forecasts, safety stock and sales order data in the system.
• Manage forecasting and ERP demands affecting the business.
• Determine quantities and timing of materials to ensure supply continuity on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate strong organization and analytical, mathematical, and statistical data capabilities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
