Responsibilities

• Maintain master production schedule to support customer requirements and production objectives.
• Review order backlog and production demand to identify work orders for manufacturing.
• Monitor material availability and identify shortages affecting schedules.
• Coordinate with production, inventory, purchasing and other departments to resolve issues.
• Generate and distribute production work orders, drawings, and documentation.
• Run and analyze production reports and communicate results.
• Expedite work orders and adjust priorities to meet delivery commitments.
• Maintain planning data including routings and BOMs in ERP/MRP.
• Support completion and closure of work orders and production operations.
• Attend production meetings and participate in cross-functional planning.
