MB2 Dental is seeking a Procurement Lab Manager in Carrollton, TX to own the laboratory category strategy across the organization. You will manage spend, contracts, performance, and strategic initiatives, while partnering with Operations, Leadership, and Finance to optimize adoption and outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in procurement or lab management, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to influence multi-site stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or lab management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a significant spend category and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Healthcare, dental, or multi-site experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Owns and leads the laboratory category strategy across the organization.
• Manages lab spend, relationships, contracts, performance, and strategic initiatives.
• Develops and optimizes the preferred lab strategy to drive savings, quality, service, and adoption.
• Analyzes lab spend, utilization, pricing, and practice behavior for opportunities.
• Partners with Operations, Leadership, and Finance to drive adoption and outcomes.
• Leads laboratory partner selection, onboarding, and governance processes.
• Builds reporting, dashboards, and insights to measure category performance.
• Manages escalations, service issues, and accountability across the network.
• Executes strategic initiatives to improve quality, consistency, service levels, and TCO.
• Serves as SME for laboratory category and advises leadership on market trends.
