Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years in category management, procurement, strategic sourcing, or related discipline.
• Experience managing laboratory consumables categories and related supplier markets.
• Knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and category strategy development.
• Experience using market intelligence and spend analysis to support procurement decisions.
• Ability to assess and manage supply, quality, and business risks within a regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication in a global, matrixed organization.
