The role emphasizes laboratory diagnostics, capital equipment, and services with a focus on quality, cost, and growth objectives. You will lead RFPs, supplier selection, financial analysis, and contracting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable savings and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or science preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, preferably managing clinical laboratory spend.
• Experience in project management with multiple full lifecycle Supply Chain Strategy engagements.
• Proficiency in using analytics to measure and improve efficiencies and collaboration.
• Proven experience in operational improvements, business case development, change management, and performance measurements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify and deliver savings, quality and process improvements in line with client and business objectives.
• Develop understanding of client needs to create and refresh the opportunity pipeline.
• Lead competitive sourcing processes, RFPs, supplier selection, capital acquisition, negotiation, and contracting.
• Manage client relationships, set expectations, and apply change management practices.
• Collaborate across service lines to initiate project opportunities and build subject matter expertise.
