Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise sourcing experience in healthcare or laboratory settings.
• Laboratory or healthcare procurement preferred.
• Strong contract negotiation skills required.
• Experience leading cross-functional committees and stakeholder alignment.
• Advanced AI fluency for analytics and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies that align client priorities and market opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing lifecycle (requirements, RFIs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, contracts, implementation).
• Negotiate complex supplier and service agreements on behalf of clients.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, financial stability, innovation, and market position.
• Collaborate with legal, contracting, finance, and operations to resolve issues.
• Lead value analysis committees and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Present strategies, analyses, and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Analyze spend and performance data to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and realize value.
• Apply advanced AI to improve strategy, analysis, and decision-making while ensuring responsible AI use.
