Qualifications

• Must have BA/BS in medical/healthcare tech, science or engineering.
• Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in diagnostic/manufacturing or commercial customer service.
• Minimum 1 year using Lean/Six Sigma tools in a lab/healthcare setting.
• 1–3 years lab/clinical environment experience.
• Ability to work independently and in teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales and Applications with lean evaluations for key accounts.
• Analyze customer laboratories and work practices to recommend improvements.
• Evaluate workflow from accessioning to cytology and molecular testing.
• Develop understanding of customer needs and tailor Lean/Six Sigma solutions.
• Perform data identification, collection, mining and analysis.
• Collaborate with sales/service to drive growth and showcase value.
