Responsibilities

Learn and document current capital asset processes and stakeholder touchpoints.
Interview stakeholders across laboratories, finance, and support functions.
Review existing docs and resources to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Analyze historical capital request data to identify pain points and inefficiencies.
Develop current-state process maps and summarize transformation opportunities.
Assess AI/automation use cases, benefits, risks, and implementation considerations.
Build a prioritized roadmap and present findings to executives.
