Job summary

MSD Malaysia's Future Talent Program offers internships up to 12 weeks in our Research Lab Division. You'll work on projects to support scientific training development for Medical Affairs, including video chaptering, transcripts, AI-based summarization, and slide deck development, gaining hands-on experience creating training content.

You'll assist with training materials for the Global Scientific Training team, collaborating on SharePoint site management and ensuring timely project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office, Clip Champ and Stream proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in segmenting and chaptering training videos for easier navigation.
• Create accurate transcripts of video content.
• Utilize AI tools to generate concise summaries of scientific materials and learning reinforcement questions.
• Develop and enhance slide decks to support training presentations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Manage SharePoint training sites.
