Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 2 years of experience OR 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience OR high school diploma / GED with 4 years of experience.
• Hands-on laboratory experience in biotech/pharma regulated environment preferred.
• Understanding of GxP/GMP-regulated practices and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
• Good written and verbal communication; basic computer skills.
• On-site attendance and willingness to work in Thousand Oaks, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage lab operations: equipment/work orders, asset lifecycle, and cross-functional follow-up.
• Receive and ship samples; log materials; ensure QC and temperature-controlled equipment support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with site guidelines and SOPs.
