Job summary

US Tech Solutions seeks an experienced LabWare LIMS Configuration Specialist to support a LabWare 8 implementation in a GMP laboratory setting in Thousand Oaks, CA. The role focuses on configuring material and product workflows, instrument interfaces, and validation support.

Responsibilities include building LIMS objects, data, and templates, ensuring traceability and change control, and collaborating with Quality, Validation, IT, and lab teams to enable a successful deployment and sustained

Qualifications

Hands-on experience configuring LabWare LIMS (LabWare 8 preferred).
Experience in GMP-regulated laboratory environments.
Experience with Raw material testing
Experience with Commercial product testing
Experience with Stability programs
Experience with laboratory equipment integration
Experience supporting LIMS validation and testing activities.
Experience with LabX, Empower, or similar platforms.
Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Configure LabWare LIMS 8 objects, workflows, master data, specifications, and test templates.
Support implementation of raw material, commercial product, and stability workflows.
Configure and support laboratory equipment and system interfaces.
Translate business, laboratory, and quality requirements into compliant LabWare configurations.
Support requirements traceability, testing, validation, and change control activities.
Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
Work with Quality, Validation, IT, and laboratory teams to support successful deployment and operation of LabWare.
