Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• ~5 years of relevant analytical lab experience, preferably in GMP pharma.
• Experience performing analytical testing of synthetic pharmaceutical materials preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, good documentation practices, and data integrity principles.
• Ability to independently execute procedures and generate reproducible results.
• Experience troubleshooting analytical instrumentation and methods.
• Ability to organize multiple laboratory activities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine GMP analytical testing of materials as required.
• Execute tests according to approved methods, specs, SOPs, GMP requirements.
• Plan and organize lab activities to meet timelines with minimal supervision.
• Document sample prep, reagents, instrument conditions, calculations and results.
• Review and interpret analytical data for accuracy and traceability.
• Operate and maintain standard lab equipment and instrumentation.
• Coordinate resources and testing activities to complete work.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of lab efficiency and data quality.
