20BLOC, located in Thousand Oaks, California, is seeking a motivated Process Technician to join our hands-on team on-site. You will support production of non-clinical and clinical stage products, applying your bioprocessing knowledge in cGMP-compliant manufacturing within our startup environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering or biological sciences, with internships or projects in bioprocessing; strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biological science, or related field.
• Experience with bioprocessing environments is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual or semi-automated processing equipment and devices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot critical processes and equipment operation.
• Follow SOPs and protocols in pilot plant manufacturing and handling of materials.
• Review batch records and equipment logs per quality systems standards.
• Maintain safety and compliance in all procedures.
• Identify and implement improvements for routine functions.
