Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a laboratory, accessioning, data entry, or production environment.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision of day-to-day operations of the department.
• Help lead the team in their daily processes and procedures.
• Assist with preparation of laboratory specimens for analysis and testing.
• Oversee routing of specimens to their respective preparation areas.
• Encourage process improvements and best practices.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Resolve production errors as requested by management.
• Research and resolve production errors while escalating when necessary.
• Engage in continuous process and service level improvements.
• Enforce and manage policies and procedures.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
