Job summary

Labcorp in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a supervisor to oversee day-to-day department operations and to lead the team in daily processes, ensuring accurate preparation of laboratory specimens for analysis.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years in a lab environment; preferred Associate’s degree and leadership experience. Strong computer skills, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to pass a color‑vision test are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree.
• 2 years or more experience working in a clinical laboratory.
• 2 years or more experience as a people leader.

Job Additional Standards

• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• High level of attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position.
