Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a lab science or medical technology.
• Four years’ training/experience in high-complexity testing.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and supervise staff; set priorities and schedules.
• Schedule labor within budgets and input for budgets.
• Ensure CAP/CMS/AABB/FDA/CLIA and OSHA compliance for patient care.
• Lead task forces to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate information dissemination within the organization and to partners.
