Qualifications

• Four years of training and experience in high-complexity testing in the respective specialty.
• MLS or Specialty Certification preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, evaluates, and supervises designated staff and workflow.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage labor within budgetary guidelines.
• Ensure CAP, CMS, AABB, FDA, CLIA, and OSHA compliance for patient care and labs.
• Lead task forces to improve quality, efficiency, and service delivery.
• Serve as liaison to disseminate information within the organization and to partners.
