Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a hard science (Chemistry preferred).
• 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume, high-compliance lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Day-to-Day Operations across laboratory departments.
• Strategic execution aligning lab goals with company strategy.
• Track and evaluate weekly performance goals for lab teams.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, safety and regulatory standards.
• Oversee staffing, training and performance management.
• Lead CAPA events, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
