Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years in a lab, quality, operations, or client services role.
• Strong organization with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Review client requests, quotations, and protocols to define study requirements.
• Create and maintain project records in LIMS and management systems.
• Coordinate study initiation activities with samples, materials, and resources.
• Serve as primary client contact; provide updates on status and deliverables.
• Lead client meetings and document decisions and action items.
• Collaborate with Lab Operations, QA, and other groups for project execution.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and risks; escalate as needed.
• Assist with billing milestones and routine discrepancies.
• Review scope changes and support change management and commercial reviews.
• Provide cross-functional backup and support as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of lab efficiency and client satisfaction.
