Job summary

Eurofins US Network in Columbia, MO is seeking an Operations Support Technician for full-time work in our BioPharma Services operations. The role involves tracking test materials, receiving and logging items, and maintaining proper documentation to ensure GLP and CGMP compliance.

Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential. Responsibilities include assisting with balances calibration, unloading materials, and handling regulated substances.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College lab classes or familiarity with lab environment preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Track receipt, storage, use, expiration, disposal, return, and/or archiving of test materials.
• Receive, create IDs, logs-in, and store materials upon receipt.
• Move materials between departments; check in/out; maintain proper paperwork.
• Return, dispose of, or archive materials at study finalization.
• Notify supervisor of issues with samples, labeling, or other problems.
• Ensure SOPs, GLP, CGMP and relevant regulations are followed for quarantined matrices and all materials.
• Maintain accurate and legible required documentation.
• Perform routine tasks for calibration of balances.
• Assist in unloading trucks and storing materials appropriately.
• Perform homogenization on radioactive and non-radioactive matrices using equipment as applicable.
• May perform total radioactive residue analyses.
• May perform culturing tasks and related activities.
• Handle regulated materials and toxic chemicals per procedures.
