Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Columbia, MO is seeking a Lab Coordinator to coordinate laboratory studies and testing activities from initiation through completion. You will act as a key liaison between clients, laboratory personnel, and support teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and documentation remains audit-ready.

The role emphasizes strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in LIMS, CRM systems, and ensuring quality standards throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a laboratory, scientific operations, or related environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate laboratory studies and testing activities from initiation through completion.
• Review quotations, purchase orders, protocols, and client instructions to establish study requirements.
• Create and maintain study records and project documentation in LIMS, CRM, and other systems.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients with routine updates and issue resolution.
• Coordinate activities between laboratory operations, QA, sample management, and other teams.
• Monitor progress and communicate delays or risks to stakeholders.
• Assist with scope tracking, change requests, and PO management.
• Support invoicing and resolve billing discrepancies, as needed.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support quality standards.
