Job summary

Coulee Medical Center seeks a Laboratory Technical Supervisor to lead a dedicated team providing accurate, high-quality laboratory services that support patient care. You will oversee testing across Hematology, Serology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Microbiology, Molecular, and Chemistry, under the Laboratory Manager's direction.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to patient-focused care, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology with national certification (ASCP and/or AMT).
• State of Washington MA-P venipuncture license.
• BLS certification required.
• 4–5 years of laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with staff, providers, management and other departments.
• Monitor quality data, identify opportunities for improvement, and support evidence-based practices.
• Help solve problems and continuously improve laboratory services.
• Oversee laboratory testing, quality control, equipment, supplies and daily operations.
• Foster a positive, collaborative workplace where staff growth is encouraged.
