Job summary

The role also involves monitoring financial performance, supporting continuous improvements, and providing technical expertise by performing laboratory tests as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Physical Science with CLIA high-complexity testing qualifications.
• 1–2 years of related laboratory experience required.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lab operations, staffing, scheduling, and supply inventory.
• Ensure timely, accurate test results and regulatory compliance (CAP/CLIA/JCAHO).
• Lead staff training, competency assessments, and performance evaluations.
