Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee, WA is seeking a Laboratory Technical Supervisor to lead a team delivering accurate laboratory services that support patient care. You will oversee testing areas including Hematology, Serology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Microbiology, Molecular, and Chemistry while ensuring safety and quality.

The role emphasizes building strong staff relationships, promoting continuous improvement, and maintaining a patient‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate program in Medical Technology (MT) with certification through ASCP and/or AMT.
• State of Washington MA-P venipuncture license.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 4–5 years’ laboratory experience.
• Accredited Laboratory Program for Medical Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Oversee laboratory testing, quality control, equipment, supplies, and daily operations.
• Build strong relationships with staff, providers, management and other departments.
• Monitor quality data, identify opportunities for improvement, and support evidence-based practices.

Join Coulee Medical Center as our Laboratory Technical Supervisor and help lead a team dedicated to delivering accurate, high-quality laboratory services that directly support patient care. In this role, you’ll combine your technical expertise and passion for teamwork to support laboratory operations, promote quality and safety, and help create a positive environment where people can learn and grow. The Technical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the performance and safety of laboratory staff under the direction of the Laboratory Manager. This position performs and oversees testing in areas including Hematology, Serology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Microbiology, Molecular, and Chemistry, based on training and certification. • A graduate of baccalaureate program in Medical Technology (MT) with certification through a nationally recognized organization (ASCP and/or AMT)
• State of Washington Medical Assistant license of venipuncture (MA-P)
• BLS certification required
• A minimum of four to five years’ experience in the laboratory
• Accredited Laboratory Program for Medical Technologist
