Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a System Manager for Laboratory Support Services in Illinois. The role oversees specimen collection, processing, and customer service, reporting to the Lab Director to ensure quality and compliance.

The position requires leadership of phlebotomy and support staff, with responsibilities for scheduling, budgeting, and process improvements within a regulated hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hospital experience.
• 1 year supervisory or leadership experience in phlebotomy.
• CPR-BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Designs and manages lab support workflows, staff scheduling and resources.
• Oversees phlebotomy and specimen processing to meet CLIA, TJC and CAP standards.
• Represents department in investigations of staff or customer issues and ensures proper documentation.
• Partners with leadership to set goals and budget aligned with hospital objectives.
