Job summary

You will design workflows, manage staff schedules, and drive quality initiatives, ensuring alignment with hospital goals and regulatory compliance. A bachelor's degree, CPR-BLS, and 5+ years in a hospital setting with 1 year of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CPR-BLS Certification from AHA required.
• 5+ years experience in a hospital setting required.
• 1 year supervisory or leadership experience with phlebotomy required

Responsibilities

• Oversees phlebotomy, specimen processing and customer service staff.
• Manages staff schedules, workflows and quality initiatives.
• Develops departmental goals, budgets and implements cost improvements.
• Investigates complaints and coordinates with clinical leaders.
• Leads safety, infection control and regulatory compliance training.
