Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions in Spring House, PA seeks a Laboratory Validation Specialist to lead GxP equipment validation programs and ongoing lifecycle management. You will coordinate with global teams, ensure calibration and maintenance, and support continuous improvement across bioanalytical labs.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s or master’s in engineering/IT with GLP/GMP experience and strong leadership, communication, and RCA skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in engineering/IT.
• Experience in GLP or GMP laboratory settings preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Information teams, global infrastructure, and risk/security to support regulated bioanalytical labs.
• Oversee lifecycle of GxP equipment (acquisition, installation, maintenance, retirement).
• Apply validation processes for laboratory equipment (liquid handlers, plate readers, PCR systems).
• Maintain service schedules and calibration activities per SOPs.
• Coordinate service with vendors and facilities staff.
• Act as system administrator for equipment apps, including temperature monitoring systems.
• Support continuous improvement and cross-site collaboration in bioanalytical labs.
• Develop reporting and analytics to support local clinical operations and business processes.
• Ensure automation systems are maintained in a validated state per GXP requirements.
