Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is hiring a Laboratory Operations Engineer in West Point, PA. The role focuses on supporting regulated bioanalytical laboratories, validating equipment, and maintaining systems in a compliant state.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage maintenance schedules, and participate in audits and process improvements within a full-time, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GLP or GMP laboratory, preferably in a bioanalytical setting.
• Proven experience in validation activities and associated Quality functions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence others.
• Highly organized with multitasking capabilities to manage equipment schedules and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to follow SOPs and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Information teams and risk/security to ensure compliant laboratory support.
• Support lifecycle of GxP equipment including maintenance and retirement phases.
• Apply expertise in computer system validation for laboratory equipment.
• Maintain service schedules and calibration/maintenance timelines.
• Coordinate service with vendors, engineers and facilities staff.
• Assist in the development of reporting, analytics and visualization for operations.
