Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Laboratory Operations Engineer to join a growing team at a client site in the West Point, PA area. You will support regulated bioanalytical laboratory process systems, assist with automation maintenance, data management and compliance across SDLC activities.

The role requires a BS (or MS) in engineering or IT with at least 2 years of related experience, GLP/GMP exposure, and strong communication skills to coordinate with divisional teams, vendors and facilities

Qualifications

• BS degree (or MS) in engineering, IT, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Authorization to work in the country indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Experience in GLP/GMP lab settings and QA/Compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Support process systems in regulated bioanalytical laboratories.
• Assist automation asset maintenance, system security, data management and SDLC/compliance needs.
• Coordinate with IT, risk/security teams and vendors to ensure compliant laboratory support.
• Maintain service schedules, calibrations, and maintenance per SOPs.
• Serve as system administrator for equipment applications and temperature monitoring systems.
• Collaborate across sites for process improvements and cross-training.
• Support reporting, analytics, and visualization for local operations.
• Ensure automation systems stay validated and compliant with GxP requirements.
