Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is hiring a Laboratory Operations Engineer to support process systems in regulated bioanalytical laboratories. You will collaborate with Information teams, infrastructure, and risk/security to ensure compliant lab support, maintaining equipment and software across sites.

The role requires a BS with 2+ years in a GLP/GMP lab or an equivalent MS in engineering or IT, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree in engineering, IT, or related field.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Experience in a GLP or GMP laboratory, preferably in a bioanalytical setting.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; ability to influence and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Support regulated bioanalytical laboratory operations in GxP environments.
• Maintain instrument calibration and preventive maintenance per SOPs.
• Coordinate service with vendors and facilities staff.
• Assist in development of reporting and analytics for clinical operations.
• Ensure automation systems remain validated under lifecycle management and GxP compliance.
