Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a skilled professional to support regulated bioanalytical labs. You will oversee GxP equipment validation, calibrations, and lifecycle management across sites, coordinating with IT, risk, and operations teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, compliance with SOPs, and continuous improvement of lab processes. Ideal candidates bring GLP/GMP experience, RCA skills, and leadership background to drive cross-site confidence in analytical operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in GLP or GMP lab settings with exposure to validation activities.
• Strong understanding of regulatory/compliance requirements relevant to bioanalytical labs.
• Proven leadership and cross-team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regulatory, risk, and IT teams to ensure compliant lab support.
• Manage lifecycle of GxP equipment from acquisition to retirement.
• Apply expertise in system validation for automated lab equipment.
• Maintain calibration schedules and ensure SOP-aligned maintenance.
• Coordinate vendors and site facilities for service activities.
• Document verification and reporting of PM/CM outcomes.
