Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field and 1 year of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Support Tech III, or 3 years of related work experience in a health care setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates the flow of specimens throughout the laboratory.
• Trains new or less experienced staff and acts as Tech in Charge as needed.
• Performs troubleshooting and resolves problems to maintain specimen integrity.
