The role requires a Bachelor’s in sciences or engineering and 5+ years of lab management, with hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, LIMS, and cross-functional collaboration. You will streamline operations and support scientists to keep workflows efficient.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences or engineering.
• 5+ years of lab management experience.
• Experience in Biotech/Pharma laboratory environments.
• Experience in operations, vendor management, procurement, and safety.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations relating to lab safety.
• Direct experience with LIMS and Enterprise Software Systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize lab processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee equipment procurement, maintenance contracts, and calibration calendars.
• Ensure lab safety, regulatory compliance, and PPE policy adherence.
• Coordinate external providers for lab services, supplies, and IT support.
• Manage annual permits, licenses, and lab shipments within and outside the lab.
• Develop lab procedures and maintain documentation and annual cleanouts.
